Mind is officially blown.  The ruan, I think, is the long-necked instrument that looks sort of like a banjo, and the woman playing it just nails her solo.

Katy Hill performed by Mei Han’s Red Chamber w/ John Reischman & the Jaybirds - You may know about bluegrass, but have you heard of redgrass? Mei Han’s Red Chamber gets together with John Reischman and the Jaybirds play the classic bluegrass anthem Katy Hill.  Chinese musicians on classical Chinese instruments jamming to a Bill Monroe tune would seem odd, but it turns out to be stellar.
